Nexi, the future of payments through a brand new digital experience
Nexi is the foremost payment service provider in Italy, managing 400,000 businesses, 27 million payment cards, and 2.7 billion transactions every year, for a net total of €120 billion. Nexi is focused on simplifying payments in Italy by improving the customer’s experience of the purchasing process. The end goal is to change purchasing behavior by making digital payments a standard procedure for all consumers. The challenge for Digital Entity was to provide a new experience for individuals, merchants, and businesses with a user centric view at every stage of design.
To reach this bold achievement, Digital Entity introduced innovative approaches such as design thinking and agile methodology to ensure maximum design effectiveness and, as a result, was able to modernize existing services and processes, creating a consistent digital payment ecosystem. Digital Entity worked with the client to provide a new institutional and commercial website and new multichannel digital payment services for web and mobile platforms. Digital Entity helped Nexi to completely reinvent itself through design-oriented methodology, by focusing on the needs of the final user.
