Repsol, digital experience: served

Repsol is an integrated energy company based in Spain, with operations in 37 countries involving more than 3,500 gas station, and over 700,000 transactions per day in Spain alone. On one hand, Repsol needed to attract new customers and, on the other, to improve the fidelity of existing customers. In order to satisfy the client’s expectations and needs, Digital Experience developed the app Waylet with a design-centered approach.

Collaborative sessions were set up with Repsol starting from benchmarks, defining personas, exploring user journeys and card sorting activities. The aim of these workshops was to explore, together with the client, the best customer-oriented solutions. This is why all the features of Waylet are focused on the end-user: mobile payments of fuel refills, discounts and promotions plans with gamification logic, fidelity programs, and travel recommendation maps. Digital Experience helped Repsol to create a new user-centric digital environment from concept to detail design and development.
