UniCredit, a core for design
UniCredit Group, with 25 million clients in 14 core markets, is one of the top 25 banks worldwide. To renovate its website and app with a special focus on customer experience, UniCredit asked Digital Entity to visually rethink both internet and mobile banking services.
More than 10 countries involved with over 4 million active users: a challenge that Digital Entity managed successfully with a complete redesign of the digital experience according to principles of simplicity, effectiveness, and customer centricity.
